Our Novelty Mailboxes are made as they are ordered so please allow 6 8 weeks for delivery. In stock items will ship after payment has cleared. Items made by other Manufacturers will ship within their shipping time frame. Shipping confirmation will be sent when item is shipped.

Shipping outside of the continental United States is additional to the shipping charges mentioned on the website. Shipping charges are never refundable.
We ship Overseas Orders and International Orders by USPS as it is the most reasonably priced in comparison to UPS and FedEx.
We ship our Canadian Orders by UPS. The USPS Postal Fees to ship to Canada are almost the same as the UPS fees and a Tracking# is provided so we know where the order is at all times.
Duties & Taxes
Your package will be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. You, as the importer of the items must pay additional charges for customs clearance. We are not responsible for any Duties, Tariffs, or Taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. If you decide to refuse any shipments, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties that are incurred on the package and cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund along with the required restocking fee of $35.00
All items within the US are shipped UPS ground service EXCEPT to Alaska and Hawaii and U.S. Territories. Persons from these states please email us for shipping cost. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories will be shipped USPS. INTERNATIONAL orders.. Please email or call us for shipping rates.(601) 758-4767. Orders improperly processed by our shopping cart will not be processed if item charge is incomplete when order is received by The Mailbox Ranch, LLC. Customer Service will contact Customer by telephone or email providing the correct order summary, valid order confirmation number and price with total due. Confirmation number for invalid order will be considered invalid on orders that have not been authorized through Customer Service.
